ProSelect Resources was founded by David Still in 1993. David had a desire to leverage the wide breadth of his professional background within a corporate culture he could truly agree with and be proud of. He knew he would have to create his own agency to make this a reality. David’s goal: Create company clients for life while also forming lifelong relationships with highly skilled professional candidates.

Within the ecosystem of corporate labor and worker needs, David felt a special place could exist for the recruiting agency that fully understood management’s labor requirements but just as astutely appreciated the desires and the needs of the American worker.  Such a broker could deliver the most value to companies while also providing the greatest opportunities to workers. Such was the mission from the beginning and it remains to present.

As we move further into 2020, ProSelect’s focus is on staying true to this mission in a time when traditional notions of what constitutes the relationship between management and worker are being questioned more than ever. While the particulars of a time period change, the universals that define the human condition have not.

At ProSelect our aim is to help both companies and workers navigate the quickly changing marketplace terrain. We will work extremely hard to earn your trust and help deliver effective solutions, both for the company in need of top talent and the candidate seeking top employment.
